That's a DEAL!

So paying 100 euros/square meter, ha? It might have been considered expensive at that time (back in March 2007), but I bought it for several reasons: it's placed only 3 km north of Bucharest, almost in city; it is not a narrow lot, the seller accepted we paid through the bank (surprinsingly but it took only 2 weeks to actually get the money); also the seller had ALL the papers ready which we thought was impossible for us to see (and we had 1 year experience in searching!).

We were pleased to notice that the monthly amount we had to pay was slightly below the simulation we got first from the loan officer and we were almost sure there is LUCK on this planet!
