All, be prepared to search for one year if you do want to buy something at the right price: what seems to be a useful tool abroad (specialized land agents) it's more of a title here - they usually go hand in hand to set the price zone and that's obviously not the price you would be able to pay! During this year prices have exploded under my eyes and I still not deserted my will to buy the right piece at the right price.
As all the other customers, I have bought the displayed piece of land being convinced it has all the urban facilities: gas, electricity and water supplies, plus the essential sewerage. North of Bucharest and sometimes in Bucharest even, water and sewer connections are provided by the mother nature to whom we all need to return...
